TC-5121 C is a single-part, non-curing thermal grease with greenish-yellow viscosity. It delivers 2.8W/mK thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance (0.09℃·cm²/W), and pump-out resistance, designed for mid-to-high-end electronics thermal interfaces.
Featuring a filled polydimethylsiloxane matrix with optimized polymer structure, this compound utilizes thermally conductive metal oxides to create efficient heat-transfer bridges between components and heat sinks. By minimizing interfacial thermal resistance and maintaining stable heat sink seals, it enhances device efficiency and reliability in compact, high-power designs.
Pump-Out Resistance: Optimized polymer matrix minimizes material migration during thermal cycling.
Ultra-Thin Bond Lines: Enables minimal Bond Line Thickness (BLT) for maximized contact efficiency.
Process Flexibility: Non-curing formulation eliminates oven requirements; compatible with screen/stencil printing and dispensing.
