DOWSIL™ TC-5080 High-Performance Thermal Grease: Optimized Thermal Interface Solution for Electronics Cooling
DOWSIL™ TC-5080 is a one-part, white, non-curing thermal grease composed of thermally conductive fillers and a siloxane polymer matrix, delivering 1.0 W/mK thermal conductivity with high-temperature stability.
Formulated with metal oxide-filled silicone technology, this material creates an efficient thermal bridge between heat sources and heat sinks. Its low thermal resistance reduces interface temperature gradients, enhancing cooling efficiency and long-term reliability for PCB assemblies, particularly in compact electronics.
High-Temp Stability: <0.01% oil bleed at 150°C/24hrs guarantees reliability under prolonged thermal stress.
Low Thermal Resistance: 836,000 cP viscosity with 4.5mm slump enables ultra-thin Bond Line Thickness.
Electrical Safety: 8.7 kV/mm dielectric strength and 2.9×10¹⁵ Ω·cm volume resistivity ensure circuit protection.
