KSZ-66 is a synthetic oil defoamer developed by Shin-Etsu Silicone (Shanghai), designed for industrial applications. Its light gray translucent liquid form, 100% solid content, and viscosity of 200~600 mPa·s ensure excellent dispersion and defoaming performance.
KSZ-66 is a high-efficiency synthetic oil defoamer suitable for various resin systems and high-viscosity liquids. Its unique chemical structure rapidly destabilizes foam while maintaining system compatibility. With a flexible dosage range (1~50%), it adapts to diverse process requirements.
Optimized Dispersion: Can be used directly or diluted 5~20x for better homogeneity.
High Stability: 6-month shelf life (below 25°C), reactivated by stirring if precipitated.
Safety Compliance: Meets industrial standards; pre-testing required for special applications (e.g., medical).
KSZ-66 is widely used in screen printing inks, industrial coatings, petroleum extraction, and resin processing, especially for foam control under high-shear or high-temperature conditions.
