Product Overview

TSE3854DS is a one-component silicone adhesive that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming flame-retardant silicone rubber. It provides primerless adhesion to metals (copper, aluminum, etc.), plastics, ceramics, and glass, with low odor during alcohol-based cure.

Technical Specifications

Flame Retardant: Certified UL94 V-0 (highest rating, File No. E56745).
Non-Corrosive: Meets MIL-A-46146B standard, protecting metal substrates.
Primerless Adhesion: Excellent cohesive failure on most substrates (epoxy, polyester, glass).
