Its non-curing formulation allows easy component rework, while low weight loss (0.8% after 96h at 100°C) ensures long-term reliability. The compound’s high volume resistivity (1×10¹⁵ Ω·cm) and dielectric strength (18 kV/mm) make it suitable for electrically sensitive applications.
